Where do you ship from and how long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us at support@duskylace.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.

What is your return policy?

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to email us at support@duskylace.com before ordering.

My tracking number isn't updating — what should I do?
Tracking can take 2–5 business days to update after your order ships. If it hasn't updated after a week, contact us and we'll look into it.
